What are the return conditions?

At dutchlovebox.com we do everything we can to provide you with a special, stylish and intimate experience. Not completely satisfied? Then in some cases you can return your order. Below you can read how that works.

Returns - when is it possible?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This is only possible if:

The product is unused
The packaging is completely intact
The seal is not broken

When can't a product be returned?

For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned. This applies to:

  • Products whose seal has been opened or broken
  • Articles that have been customized or personalized, such as boxes with name or personal message

As soon as the seal is broken, we cannot take the product back - even if it has not been used.

How do you return something?

  1. Please send us a message via email: info@dutchlovebox.com
  2. Verpak the product neatly and include your order number
  3. Send it to the return address you receive from us
  4. The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense, except if we have done something wrong
  5. As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive your money back within 14 days
